Hello Jamie,
I feel fine my outward condition is the same as before.My strictures were always there.The only time I realized there was a problem was the colonoscopy information.It proves to me diet is the cornerstone of colon condition.Many people eat fruit without a problem.I guess it depends on the condition of the colon after the CURE.My next colonoscopy will show if an improvement has taken place inside since I removed the raw fruit.
