I have had heart rhythm irregularities while taking anti-parasitical herbs. although at the time, I was quite sick and over run with these things, so my constitution was not strong. but I had bouts of altered rhythms, and at times my heart would race for no reason. in general, it did not feel stable. and I felt sick as a dog.

it got severely bad one time, with my heart pounding out of my chest like never before, my pulse was about 150 bpm, and my blood pressure dropped to 90/60. I was scared out of my head. but this was at a very sick time in my life. these things do not happen now when I take anti-parasiticals.

if you find you're having trouble stablizing the heart, or just feel sort of crazed and unwell...take it slower, or take a small break, it may only take a day or two of stopping to re-establish stability. for me, I found no benefit in pushing through if symptoms start effecting heart and circulation (I've also had blood pressure reactions). but you know yourself on what feels like within tolerable and safe reaction, and what maybe is pushing the limits.
