Sheldon, I'm thinking back and it could well have been because i ate some egg.. i had two eggs in one meal... do you think this could have caused a problem, because ive heard that egg is a hard protein to digest...?
I was eating the eggs because i felt so hungry and needed the calories!!
Any tips for boosting my calorie intake? i take it's best to stay away from too many fats - rather would it be okay to have quite a lot of rice with the veg..
i just find even if i eat a lot of vegetables i still feel tired and energyless because they have so few calories...
