I was diagnosed with moderately active ulcerative collitis, but what I dont understand is that with the baby enema bulb and its small capacity - how can any of the vitamin e fluid reach the end of the large colon towards the caecum? Are you sure a longer tube with a larger enema fluid dispenser is not needed in order to fully distribute the vitamin e fluid throughout all ulcerated areas?
