I have been meaning to look up this recipe and try it out! However, I will probably skip the kelp as my thyroid is especially sensitive. Even the smallest amount of detoxified
Iodine caused me to turn hyperthyroid. I just can't take it.
I don't care to change my regemin much because I am doing so well right now!
Here is what I do:
Morning:
fulvic acid mineral complex, cellfood on empty stomach
raw fruits, Nature's Way fruit caps
Lunch:
sensible light meal
Dinner:
big meal balanced with meat protein
multi vit/min, Nature's Way veggie caps, lithium orotate 160 mg, CoQ10
Bedtime:
1/2 tsp Calcium (from lemon egg recipe) & serving of concentrace minerals (high in magnesium)
