Hi ya

Yep I often get neck shoulder pain, definitely die off.

I had it quite bad most of last week.

Last week was the start of my 2nd week on my 2nd round of Humaworm, the pain did get quite uncomfortable, but luckily it eased after using my zapper.

Much better this week, but very bloated, this is also another symptom of die-off, reckon I can live with it...lol. Just need elastic waistbands on everything I wear, which I dont have so have to make do with safety pins.... lol
