I have a question, and please forgive me if this is writtent down somewhere and I've overlooked it, but...

Are you all diluting the Lugoals before you paint? The reason I aske is because two vertical drops of Lugols made a huge water blister on me. It's been over a week, all the skin has peeled off, and I still have a big pink spot. I only painted once.

I've painted my face, my neck, the bottoms of my feet and my back repeatedly without getting burned like that. And I've painted liberally, with straight Lugols, never been burned like that.

It tells me the mesentery painting is going to be a very powerful healing practice for me and I'm eager to get into it, when the spot has completely healed. But I'm going to dilute the Lugols with distilled water next time. Tweet
