I noticed that your post completely lacked a reference to all the people who have NOT died from eating raw food.

Orthorexia is not about eating raw. It is about obsessing over your health so much that it becomes unhealthy. Just because someone refuses to cook their food doesn't mean they have orthorexia nervosa.

I think there is a much more devastating disease at large. I call it Egorexia Imarighta. It is a disease where people think very highly of themselves, accompanied by the behavior of sticking their noses in places where it doesn't belong. The disease is so prevalent in modern society, I think I'll petition for it to be added to the DSM. Tweet
