During 9/11 meteorologists in US found that the mean temperature rose by approx 2C due to the clear skies.


Scientific tests off the west African coast in the 70's and 80's studying cloud seeding and its effects were reported to have effected the rainy season in many east african countries.
The relative air humidity was very low by the time it reached Ethiopia and European scientists have stated this may have been a possible cause.
