First, let me say how sad I am to hear of your problems. Unfortunately, there are going to be very few medical drs who will be able to treat you because your problems are all immune system related, specifically weakness. You, and your son, need to strengthen your immune system so you can better fight off these germs. Fact is, germs are all around us, but if your body is strong the germs won't be able to penetrate and as your body gets well the environment will be less comfortable for germs and they will leave!!!

Before rushing into anything crazy, like spending money on all kinds of different supplements, I suggest that you read up on a few forums, this one, of course, but also lyme, iodine, minerals, zapper, energy medicine and pH forums.

I am absolutely certain that you and your son have the inner ability to get well and all curezoners will be happy to assist you on that path.
