Kina silly question concerning 'creamtop milk'

I got a jar of milk from a friends who buys from a familys farm run buisness and anyway its listed as 2% pasteruized creamtop milk.
Theres a number of curds floating in it and I was wondering if that meant it was going bad or if your supposed to drink that way? lol
