Topical Colloidal Silver
What kind of
Colloidal Silver ? Any kind. I have found the 5-10 ppm to be as effective as the 500 ppm.
Colloidal Silver takes six minutes contact time to work. It kills bacteria, viruses and fungi. You at least are detoxing fungi (candida) which is causing the inflammation. Usually, if one has a vaginal yeast infection, one treatment, two at the max takes care of it. Same with hemorrhoids.
However, I have noticed with
Iodine detox, repeated detox of candida (and who knows what else) cause repeated inflammation and irritation. So you can repeat the treatment several times a week or as often as necessary.
TREATMENT: Soak a cotton ball in
Colloidal Silver . Insert in vagina. Leave for 6-10 minutes. Soak a piece of gauze or a piece of Bounty paper towel in colloidal silver and cover the inside of the vulva; another for the rectal area. Leave for 6-10 minutes. You can do both of these at the same time. If you have internal hemorrhoids, you can insert one in the rectum. You don't have to remove the one from the rectum; it will come out naturally with our next BM.
It is that simple and you feel relief the next day (often sooner). I usually do it at night before I retire. Actually, you can feel good about this detox. It shows you the
Iodine is working, your body is cleansing, and better out than in.
Now as far as the pressure in your rectum, I will hazard a guess to say you are having incomplete bowel movements, maintaining stool in that area, which might account for the inflammation in that total area. Someone else might recommend a coffee enema. I just haven't gotten into enemas yet, so if it were me, I would increase my magnesium to bowel tolerance. Cleansing sometimes requires looser bowel movements than one would want as a normal course. I saw a post asking what kind of magnesium. I have no opinion on that, but I would just take what I have. When you need more, a lot of people on Curezone use
Epsom Salts , which is magnesium sulfate. Tastes awful, but is really cheap, and works very well. I personally take dolomite, but I get it from Puritan's Pride, and I feel it is not contaminated with lead. That way I get the calcium/magnesium ratio I need. Some people say not to take that either, but it works for me really well.
If my stools had an odor, I would also add a big dose of probiotics. Probiotics are debated when detoxing because there is a theory that candida protects and envelopes the metals that otherwise would damage our body. This may be one reason that there is so much genital/anal irritation when detoxing with iodine. If my stools begin to have an odor, I take 5-6 capsules of acidophilus right away and that usually takes care of it. However, I would repeat that the next day if the odor did not subside. I use the stool odor and number of bowel movements per day to decide if I take the acidophilus that day. It usually works out, for me, to be once a week, or once every two weeks dosing. I have noticed that
Iodine is really good for good bowel flora.
Acidophilus also helps with candida, so I usually take a dose when I notice I am detoxing that.
As I always say, iodine does its job. Our job is to get whatever it kicks out into the toilet. And with healthy iodine doses, that usually requires three BMs per day. One, or even two, if often not enough during heavy detox times. My theory is that stool held in the lower colon can retox, irritate and inflame that area, especially if not gotten out right away.
Detoxing is not always pretty, and thank goodness we have a forum where we can discuss these things! And better you ask many questions than to not ask the one you really need to!
