I do take alot of ascorbate, just don't recommend that others rely on it as a sole source of vitamin C becauase IMO that would be erroneous.

Can we re-visit the chelator issue in future.... For now, my belief is that best chelators are IP6, thiocyanate, and Glu-peroxidase, with Iodine as adjunct. ALA is a ambivalent in character, but the main problem with Cutler's protocol is that it uses ALA, when using R-Lipoic only would speed things up fourfold or greater. The synthetics DMPS, DMSA, EDTA, etc., are garbage IMO, except in acute poisoning. I can show why each is detrimental, but no time luxury presently. Introducing more foreign molecules into the body, to get rid of poisons that shouldn't be there is surely a 20th century american idea.
