Re: Oral Glutathione - useless

good info.  i am bookmarking this post.  how does glutamine fit into the equation.  i thought it produced glutathione in the body?  you say don't take ascorbic acid...splain.

the biggest problem i have with people is they don't want to take more than one or two or three at the most, chelators.  they run into problems and always complain.  i try to explain that some are binders  and some are mobilizers..yada yada yada.

inveribly, they ask which are which.  i only know a few, like C is a mobilzer, so is cilantro.  chlorophyll is both.  i think all the sulphur-based supplements are mobilizers and B12 is a mobilizer.

do you know what the rest are?

here is the list i have.  don't critique the amounts, it's based on science of yesteryear and i leave it low because i get attacked if i don't:  http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=904208.  just use it as a reference if you ca tell me which bind and which mobilze.  if you don't know, no big deal.
