Oral Glutathione - useless

I've seen "protocols" by "experts" on how to supposedly remove heavy metals from the body. Many suggest supplementing with glutathione. HAH ! I'll pass on whatever they're smoking.

"...it is not possible to increase circulating glutathione to a clinically beneficial extent by the oral administration of a single dose of 3 g of glutathione."

One might be inclined to ask what else is flawed in the information offered by such "experts" promoting their "protocols"

To those taking glutathione pills, capsules etc., I wish you the best of luck.
