Fat Digestion So HAAARDD
I was doing a diet without gluten, dairy, grains, nightshades, starch (except turnip and carrot), lectins, soybeans, processed foods, canned foods, any type of sweetener and fruit with high glycemic index.
And I was going well, to clear the symptoms, I was very happy and was doing some activities, anything so heavy and so long yet, but emotionally amazing ..
I had the idea of trying to eat more fat, but since I got sick, if I ate a significant amount of fat, I had horrible symptoms, I tried a few times to do so, and failed in all, after 4 months on this diet, I thought I could ever tolerate a significant amount of fat and also read a lot and came to the conclusion that I need more fat.
The fat that I was consumed only in meats and eggs (4 eggs per day, breakfast meat and dinner), otherwise I consume many leafy and cruciferous vegetables and fruits sparingly.
So I tried to introduce things like avocado and coconut, but I had diarrhea and also horrible mental symptoms, brain heavy fog, I could not think, and I felt very tired.
I stopped and went back as it was before, the symptoms stopped, and tried 3 more times, all failed, and frankly, fat ends up with me, I gave up, fat seems to be the only thing that makes me bad stool now, my stool when I do not use fat are perfect, the toilet paper remains intact, clean.
but then, I'm four months in a very restricted diet, I took some supplements focusing on the small intestine to my intestinal hyperpermeability .. but still can not digest fat, or at least very little, and do not say you have to be introduced gradually because I tried this, I've been trying for a long time and failed, and the symptoms are heavy I do not want to keep pushing fat.
Now it's hard for me, haha, grains, dairy and whole list give me symptoms, carbohydrates in general give me symptoms, consumption fruits in small quantities and in accordance with the amount of fructose, and to finalize fat also makes me awful, I I have to keep me without eating much carb and low fat to keep me well (only the eggs and a little in meat).
I have searched some supplements for the liver and gallbladder, as milk thistle and dandelion root, and will also buy amino acids (such as taurine), I can not do liver flush, because I have horrible symptoms with fat, that amount of certainty with olive oil would make me suffer a lot and I would have to do several times ...
Is it possible to have my stomach acid even decreased in this very restricted diet to 4 months ?, I thought I should not worry so much about this because my body would heal and move on to produce acid in case I have this problem.
