try to look at what you shouldn;t do yes,
but don't see it as a *fear thing*
rather as a new way of life.. new doors opening,
new lifestyle to create.
look for the alternatives,
rather than get caught up in *oh another thing I can't have lol !

I have some in my qi chi pig blog
as a note of interest,
long ago when I did ingest dead animal flesh
I loved the bbq flavor.
well now I make a bbq flavor taste dip type thing
and use it for veggies etc.
no need to give up a great taste,
when you elimanate the toxic food.
just learn to be creative.
I still make chocolate puddings etc,
I just don't use dairy etc.
you can have a strawberry banana smoothie with out dairy
or a carob "soda style drink "
without the soda.
add a little vanilla before you blend it and a banana
and YUM
dates are great as a sweetener add, and a good thickener as well

so don't think oh no another thing to give up,
think wow !
