  Hey everyone, I found this forum recently and thought it would be a good place to ask a question: Has anyone tried out The Israeli Network (http://www.tin.tv), which is a cable/satellite package that shows Israeli TV throughout the world? I'm thinking of buying it, but I'd be curious to get any feedback first... it's something like $20 or more a month!
  
  I think they have a large number of subscribers, so if anyone here has used it, I'd be curious to hear your thoughts:
  
  1. Are the Israeli shows broadcasted any good?
  2. Is the signal and transmission quality good?
  3. Is it worth the money?
  4. I heard that they translate everything with English subtitles -- do people find it's a good way to help learn Hebrew?
  5. Is there good religious content? Of course, they show secular, entertainment programming (with women who are not tziunit), but they also have a few shows like "Welcoming the Shabbat." Do you consider it OK to watch?
  
  I live in Jerusalem, but I'm asking more for my friends and family outside of Israel -- they hear about the shows I sometimes see, and they are interested in seeing them too. Any thoughts on this service would be appreciated! I don't know anyone in America or Europe who uses The Israeli Network, so I thought people here might... Thanks for any insights!

  I wonder what the Iranians are thinking of their leaders who, as the two USA battle groups approach their country, are still calling for the destruction of Israel. How could that great Persian country so easy forget the toil of their war with Iraq? Do they not want to grow old with their grandchildren, as we do?
  
  Are their leaders thinking straight in bring about a war with the 2 strongest military groups in the world. Their leader Abra-who?; has openly called for the destruction of Israel with the backing of the 'Royal Guards'. They did not do to well against a 6th rate army like Iraq. Yet so many died. For what? I would think that they would be wise to just leave things alone. Course they won,t. Why?
  
  Because both many good Arabs, Assyrians, Persians, and Egyptians who know their Koran states that Israel owns the land. From a small town in north Syria,all the way to the river Euphrates, down to Iran and over to Egypt. That is Israel's land. True children of Ishmael know this and want to work for a living peace.....while those so called brave terroist, who hide behind women and children, want war. Because their form of Islam wants nothing but destruction. Ask them what they thought was suppose to happen on the 25th several months ago. Their false prophets were wrong!!!!. The children of Ishmael were given also 12 lands to live in. Wher are they? Stolen by corrupt Moslem leaders.

  Because of bad press I think that something to be brought for you Jewish supporters. That is how Israel is sending doctors and material goods to all peoples trying to make their burdens easier in this life. They are also working with Arab doctors in helping problems with diseases that cause harm to Muslum children.
  
  Also would like to point out, as compared to Saudi Arabia, Israel has religious freedom
  like the USA, where Muslum's can build there church's and worship while Saudi won't even allow religious freedom to Christain people in their country.
  
  Last but not least the Weizman Institute has really opened up some good things with their helps in the glycoomics field, causing a real dent in certain diseases. A friend of mine was healed of cancer with the advances in glyconutrition.

  After living in a time when so much new ideas excited you concerning aircraft things have kind of went mellow, except for the A-10 and the Russian "corba' Su-30. Well Israel has announced a new rotor less helicopter that might be available to the average person in a few years. The only draw back I see is if we now have a flying car do we have to let teenagers fly it.
