There are diets that are better for everyone like eating more fruits and vegetables and there are individual issues like tolerance of dairy or meat. If you keep rotating your fruits and vegetables and try to be moderate with animal protiens then this sounds like it could be good for you.
I was wondering if you have any health related issues. Like digestion, energy level, mood issues, etc. For instance do you take any prescription or over the counter medicines? If you have any issues or take medicines then it might be good to research how to heal and/or stop taking medicines- if not listen to your body find what works best for you. Best of luck.
