        Well you wrote a whole novel about stuff going on now and failed to mention the elephant in the room that you had confirmed mercury poisoning (likely still have as cilantro is more of an anecdotally 'somewhat helpful' herb).
        
        Before any of this, the first thing I usually recommend is take your body temp orally a few times a day and make sure you're 98.6 or higher, if not then you're hypothyroid, and address it. A lot of problems go away when body temp goes up.
        
        Then another thing I always recommend is people get their macronutrient ratios down. You do this through experimentation with protein/fat/carbs-sugars. Go higher/lower in one and see what happens until you your body settles on something it likes.
        
        So I'll explain some of my reasonings.
        
        First, whenever I see someone say something like 'healthy foods aren't working for me' it usually means the foods aren't healthy. In ayurvedic medicine for example, aside from cooked garlic, or well cooked onions, all of these vegetables are known to be bad for vata dosha. Extremely sensitive people imo are usually vata dominant, and from your post it seems like you're a good fit. The raw fermented veggies are about the worst thing vata can eat, and sure enough your body is responding likewise. This is not a lectin issue, it's more like eating fundamentally wrong for your body type.
        
        A good carb for vata would be pumpkin, sweet potato or squashes. Maybe you can do oats or starchy white rice.
        
        Have you ever looked into peter d'adamo regarding lectins and blood type? I think his work is still best, and have not seen anyone as good as him with lectins.
        
        I stand by your liver being in bad shape or else you would not be so reactive. How many flushes did you do, what happened, etc, etc.
        
        Regarding lectins, I've been down those roads before. Yes, they are a thing, but some of the things I touched on are further upstream.
        
        All of your veggie list are high sulfur foods. You can read Cutler's book on mercury to get the chemistry. Basically, assuming you are still mercury toxic (don't know yet but a decent guess) high sulfur foods just wind up moving mercury around causing more damage without excreting. You should definitely get a hair test to see what's going on.
        
        For the time being you could try saunas to dump metals. Make sure you're hydrated with ample sodium, potassium, and staple electrolytes. Do you still have Amalgam fillings? Any root canals? Flu vaccine?
        
        Actually I do knew a little about gunderson, I like his polyphenol supplement and recommendations. But there is this whole cloth of physicians turned naturalists who don't have enough background in natural medicine and then start making sweeping statements like 'cruciferous vegetables should be revered'.
        
        Some basics are that you need fuel to burn. When I see someone limiting carbs, or can't do a lot of carbs due to various reasons, and they are not a good fit for keto, there will be problems. Sugar blues - meh. Actually diabetics can slowly titrate white Sugar to increase insulin sensitivity. Sugar is not the cause of the problem. Sensitivity to refined sweeteners = low mineral status. Do you take any supplemental minerals? I like bisglycinates. Zinc, chromium, vanadium, mag glycinate, calcium if tolerated, molybdenum can help the mcs/lectin type hypersensitivity, brewer's yeast is a good source of selenium.
        
        
        You said veggies drenched in oil - yes very vata thing to say. Try sesame oil.
        
        Olive and avocado oil are relatively low pufa compared to the seeds oils. You could try ghee, perhaps the tiny bit of casein/lactose in butter is throwing you off. You could also try some other saturated fats like shea, cacao butter, palm seed oil (only seed not fruit). I am not sold on pufa oils in any form.
        
        White potatoes and sugar come from the Ray Peat playbook. White Sugar is problematic for some people, but it's not the devil that a lot of people in alternative medicine make it out to be. If you have problems with grains then White Sugar is a good sugar source. I did not read carefully enough that you don't do well with refined sugar. So I would test out all the sweet fruits instead and find which work.
        
        All canaries' livers are plugged up. So I'll double down that your liver is not pumping bile well or much at all. If your stool is not dark brown and/or you exhibit other symptoms of bile stagnation, then you might want to look into getting deeper into liver function.
        
        It's hard to know exactly which will help you from one post (that I did not read carefully enough - usually I do)
        
        After a hair test and reading Cutler maybe there are some supplements that could help you like taurine or NAC.
        
        If you must eat the goitrogen crucifers, cook them to death and add vata friendly spices, salt and fat, that will mitigate the damage they cause. Check your temps after eating crucifers to see if it goes down substantially - might indicate Iodine supplementation will help. Iodine is great, but I didn't mention it yet due to information overload.
        
        Lectin info was available pre-2000 from D'adamo. None of the other lectin people impress me. Blood Type Diet is great for some people, really great. Him and is father, who did a lot of the pioneering work are OG!

  Have had candida for awhile now. Am trying to find a way to get nystatin (doctors not being of help). In the mean time trying to deal with thrush on the head of my penis. Antifungals make a small difference so am thinking of going a probiotic route that is known to disrupt candida and help with healing like saccharomyces boulardii. Haven't found a cream for that. Figured I could possibly break open a capsule and add the small pellet/sand like contents to a thick gel like substance to apply to penis head. First thought was something like coconut oil BUT that is naturally antifungal and figured it might kill S. Boulardii as it's a yeast. Don't know that for a fact. Most gels I have available seem to have antifungal properties. What I do have at home that I figure might work is ghee and rendered fat.

  I stumbled upon an article. It describes the results of a study that found the following: people taking probiotics experienced digestive issues and mental sluggishness.
  
  One of the things that appeared to be causing my mental sluggishness (during the last few months) was probiotics.

  Hello everyone. Firstly, I am sorry about my English. I'm not a native English speaker. I have problem taking probiotics. Two days ago, I took probitoics in powder form in my mouth and tougue. And I immediately got thick, foamy and very stringy saliva. It doesn't go away even if I overbrushing my whole mouth. I also use antibacterial mouth wash and It doesn't help. What should I do now? I'm really worried. My saliva used to be watery.Please help me.

  Hey all,
  Im reaching out and asking for help.. I have been a member for a couple years, reading and learning from all of you. However, this will be the first time that I make a post and share my story.. Im hoping to get some advice on my Candida & parasite Protocol. Im feeling a bit confused and a bit overwhelmed and I want to make sure that Im doing things as best as I can, so that Im not wasting my time and money.
  
  Ive always known something was not right with my health. I could never find out what it was for YEARS. Doctors always told me I was crazy and there was nothing wrong with me. They never knew why I had eczema. These dry and painful red rashes in my armpits and inner thighs have been with me for 14 years. Any doctor I saw would only give me more creams, and zero answers. I've been told the floaters in my eyes are "normal." My recurring yeast infections were just treated with more over the counter products that were making them worse. Ive been told my bloated belly "is just my body shape". My fatigue, foggy brain, Depression are all "curable" if I take an anti-depressants, but I refuse. Im sure this is not news to all of you, to be misdiagnosed for so long. Its just frustrating, that I wasted 14 years trying desperately to find the answers. Finally after taking my health in my own hands, I asked to get bloodwork and stool testing done. The biggest finding was Candida albicans in my digestive system. I also had a slight intolerance to gluten, ZERO VitaminD, low ferritin, low b12, and low thyroid. I did not get tested for parasites, as the cost was twice as much as the one I got, which hurt the bank enough.
  So, I am now 2 weeks in of my second "candida cleanse". When I first received my results in the summer I attempted to do the 3 month program the doctor gave me, however I failed after 4 weeks! So this is my second attempt, except this time I'm going to finish the 3 months. This diet sucks, I will say. But the second time around it seems a little easier. I guess failure makes you stronger.
  So here it is. I will point out what my doctor has recomended for me, and what I have added (or would like to add) into the protocol. Any advice from you would be extremely appreciated.
  
  -For 3 months, strict candida diet. No starches, sugar, dairy, coffee, alcohol. 1 serving of fruit a day or less. Also no gluten due to intolerance. Keeping hydrated with at least 8 cups of water a day (drinking way more). - Doctor recommended
  -Anti-fungals + Anti parasite herbs: (loose herb form): Cloves, Wormwood , P'au Darco, Cats Claw, Olive leaf, and cascara sagrada (for laxative effect). I mix these loose herbs together into a jar and then take one heaping teaspoon mixed with water and 1ml tincture of Black-Walnut , 2X a day on an empty stomache. - My doctor recommended a way overpriced bottle called Olivirex, basically almost all the same ingredients. I already had these on hand from a previous parasite cleanse and told her I would use my own, she said this was fine, however I didn't mention the cascara sagrada. I added this into my herbal mixture to make sure I am passing everything that I am killing off.
  
  Vitamins:
  Vitamin B-12 1000mcg -Once daily First month, once weekly second month, once every 2 weeks third month. Doc recommended.
  Thorne research Basic B-complex twice a day for the first month, then 1 every other day for 2nd and 3rd month. Doc recommended.
  Rosita Cod liver oil - 5ml a day for 3 months with 4 drops of 400 IU Vitamin D3. My doctor recomended the Cod liver oil, and only 2 drops of D3 a day. I didn't feel that it was enough so I'm taking 4 drops because my levels showed so low on my bloodwork. Should I be taking even more D3?
  Thorne research Magnesium Citrate 135mg - 2 upon waking and 2 before bed for 2 months. 3rd month 3-4 twice a day. Doc recommended.
  Vitamin C - as much as I can throughout the day. 3000-6000mg depending on the day. This was not suggested by my doctor but I decided to add it to the regime.
  Multi-Vitmain - starting on the second month 2 scoops daily for 2 months - Doc recommended.
  GLA Borage oil - starting on third month, 1 daily. Doc recommended
  Thyroid Support - Starting on third month, 1 daily. Doc Recommended
  Probiotics - Starting on second month - 1 daily. Doc recommended
  
  Things I would like to add but not sure how to:
  I have a bottle of garlic capsules that are 500mg. I would like to take these with my herb mixture, is this safe and how much?
  I have oil of oregano but I have read good and bad things about taking oil of oregano. Is this too dangerous to add to my protocol?
  caprylic acid. I use coconut oil when cooking but want to get more caprylic acid! from what I read it won't hurt to add this to my regime. How much should I take and where would I add this in my regime?
  Probiotics - I worry about my gut flora with all these antifungals and don't want to destroy all the good guys too while I'm at it. My doc doesn't recommend that I start on probiotics for 2 more weeks, but would it hurt to include them now?
  Psyllium husks. I just purchased a big tub of this. Im thinking of using this instead of the cascara sagrada. The CS seems to be giving me a "lazy" loose stool. I don't feel like its emptying me out like it should. I have tried psyllium in the past and I like that it bulks up and "pulls" everything out of you. Do you think this is a better option than the cascara sagrada? The container of psyllium says its 66% psyllium husks and 34% inulin. Is this Okay? Ive read mixed reviews on inulin and candida, let me know your thoughts.
  I also have not done any enemas since starting my candida cleanse two weeks ago, but I plan on starting with coffee and water enemas this week. I just don't enjoy doing them...
  Lastly, I have herbs like tumeric, dandelion root, and milk thistle. would it be worth to take this as well to support the liver? or am I just doing too much now?
  I am also drinking dandelion root tea, Pau dark tea, adding lots of raw garlic and ginger into my diet for extra anti - candida effect.
  
  Well, I think thats all. I hope I didn't share too much and ask too many questions! I understand this is a lot of me to ask, so any help or input would be so appreciated. Thank you for your time and reading about my story.
