Home made keifir from raw goats milk was my "secret weapon".I lived near a lady that kept goats and made my own kefir out of raw goat milk. This was the main staple of my diet. I drank about 1/2 gallon per day. I also avoided grains,other complex carbs, and alcohol. I just ate goat milk keifer (48 hours old to get rid of all lactose), fruit like grapes and oranges, coconut oil, fish oil, and organic salads. I also ate raw egg yolks and lots of organic chicken/vegetable soup cooked on low temp in a crock-pot..... and I also did this cleanse first to kick off my healing. This combo completely healed my digestive issues and revitalized my health. It took a few months, but it worked! I found the 3 Day Colon Cleanse here:

I need to absorb more calcium and raw milk was really helping me for a while. However, I got sick after a few months of drinking raw milk and expelled so much mucus. Anyone know a good source of dairy that doesn't create mucus? Like kefir? Or did I do something wrong? What do you guys think?

  According to my father, who was a milk man back in the late 1940's, early 1950's and who grew up drinking it as a child on the farm; said that the milk wasn't processed and there was nothing added to it. That is why the milk man used to come every 2-3 days for households that had children or where there was a lot of cooking. Think the Donna Reed Show or Leave It To Beaver. Remember the glass quart jugs the milkman would bring. If you buy raw milk it should only last a day or two.

  that is how I found my dairy and luckily only 15 miles away. I go once a week and buy 1 1/2 gallons, in 1/2 gallon mason jars at $4 each, deposit on the the jars is 2 bucks, rinse and return. My cat loves it to. Been drinking 4 years now.

Hi All,

I hope this doesn't seem dumb but I've had Ramiel Nagel's Cure Tooth Decay for sometime but have had a frustrating time working with it. Reason Being - Where is the protocol listed as a daily regiment I can follow? I need it on 1-2 pages to know what to do everyday. Did I miss this? Has someone created this?
