Everyone in the USA is Iodine defeicient. Children ages conception to age 5 suffer the most, they have underdeveloped brains by age 5. (welcome to the club, were all members).

I was not aware anyone was making Iodine from kelp???????????????? Not sure how this could be possible?????????????????????????????????????????

I make Lugol's Solution and his dose back 100 years ago was 2 drops on your wrist 2X per week, example Tuesday and Saturday put 2 drops on the wrist.

I have a news type letter on Iodine that probably is in the free Cd I send with orders, I think.

Natural Iodine from ocean plants is GREAT, wouldn't worry about eating the plants, but all concentrates are a differant story.

The Dr. Clark method of 6 internal drops can save your life if your dieing from food poisoning, but does not mean you want to do this when not called for.

Now do I believe Lugol's does harm??????????? I do not know, I used it for years and then quit after reading this, I put in on the garden soil and take the iodone via the plants and ocean plants.

Will I use Lugols when needed? YES, but with caution.

This iodine from kelp? My question is HOW? How can you extract iodine from kelp or any plant because there is such a small, small trace and this iodine would have to be very EXPENSIVE "IF" it was true.

so, MH used Lugols for years. it is my experience that once a person is iodinated, their chemistry changes. it is back to normal again. so all of the things MH does - the herbs, the diets, the fasts, and the accompianing feats being naked in the snow, etc, is because he already got his.
