Are these the bright scarlet spots no bigger than a tiny pin prick?

I got those for a while last year. I went to the Dr. for other reasons and she said they were nothing to worry about. I have been doing lots of cleanses coincidentally and have not gotten any more spots, but the ones that I have remain.

I don't know if they do go away, sorry to say, at least not without laser or electolosis treatment. Maybe a fade creme, but those product have so many chemicals in them.
