well, today is the start of my 3 day fast. i am doing this to awaken my willpower. i am telling myself these 3 days are not for weight loss but to see if i have control over my body and what i put into it. i figure if i make it past day 3 then i can go on from there and reach my true goals, which are to make it to 10 days and clean out my system, change my eating habits(stop eating refined, sugary, carb loaded foods), and of course loose the weight have have allowed myself to pile on. Beedaisy--i hope you are going to do this with me. it is only 3 short days of willing ourselves to do this--then we can move on from there. just keep telling yourself--only 3 days (sounds better than 10). i am sendin support and encouragement out to all you wondeful fasters. stay strong and remember--We are in control of our bodies, we are the driver here. so on our journey we will go!!!!!
