I am starting master cleanser tomorrow. My main question is, is there a better cleanse/fast for people with adhd/depression/insomnia mental illness?
I ate only fruits and veggies for the last two days, plus some spearmint+mullein tea I made with raw sugar. Tonight I drank a half cup of aloe as the laxative. Is that recommended, or is there any laxative tea which is "cold" or "calming" in traditional chinese medicine?
The wikipedia article doesn't really inspire confidence. Also the entry on Stanley Burroughs where it says his might be to blame bothers me. What's the history of the master cleanse? I would like to know more, since the original book is scant on details and background information. Does the Peter Glickman book Lose Weight, Have More Energy and Be Happier in 10 Days have more detailed facts? What about that new book The Complete Master Cleanse? It seems to be just jumping on the bandwagon, as the master cleanse book is bestseller ~#400 on amazon
That's interesting, are you transitioning to a gluten free/feingold type (additive/preservative/foodcoloring free) lifestyle?
I will be going all raw. I can't go all organic because of the price and lack of supply in this area, but raw/vegan will do for now.
Now these amalgam fillings are another thing....
