I'll share a little story with ya:
1996, my ex went into v-tac, but wouldn't fall over, finally it did get "fatal" when he was in icu.
I've always been into research so I readReadREAD on heart health, settling on Dr Dean Ornish, he's the guy that did the Life Center Program that they use in our local hospitals. Ex went back to the surgeon 4 months later and proclaimed "miracle." We continued eating like that for the remainder of our marriage, 3 more yrs. This is how I lost most of the 130 pounds I lost.
BUT my peanut story. At some point, I decided I needed something else in my diet. I'd suddenly found myself CRAVING peanut butter sandwiches and pamento cheese. I started eating a sandwich of each one each week. After having been at a plateau for about 6 months, I promptly lost 10 more pounds that stayed off, it was the only change that I made in my life.
:D so I'm mighty glad to hear how good peanut butter might be for me!!!!!!!
