No you haven't messed up; you have done really well. There are a host of protocols, some advocate eating normally and some fasting. You did the right think by choosing a protocol that appealed to you and then followed it.
We are all apprehensive when we start
Liver Flushing and find the post flush symptoms a little disconcerting. However, because you are having some post symptoms it is a sign that the decongestion has started and that sludge is probably moving through the biliary system causing some biliary pain, which should be only temporary.

The best indication is to check whether there is a change in the colour of your stools. They often get a bit lighter often a flush and then become dark again, but there is no hard and fast rule because we are all different.
You should wait for two weeks to fully establish how you feel but don’t hesitate to post again.
