Now I see where is your frustration coming from. I am probably too young (~40) to lecture YOU. In my over 25 years interests in yoga I came across many different techniques and recommendations and many of those tested on myself.
And of course I assume to communicate at least to someone like me, who can walk, jump, run and so on.
It does not mean however I have nothing to say to people like you.
I think if you go for the liver flush, the warming up with hot water bottle will be good addition. The sauna or hot bath deliver very heavy load for the heart, and definitely not to take.
Speaking of high BP try to use relaxation techniques - have the window open, lie on your back on the flat surface and breathe nice and easy for 5 to 10 minutes.
And now some important information you need to know in the battle with cancer. It is your choice how to attack it. And you need to conserve your energy to survive the battle. Detoxication is another important task.
The mouth and the nose is the gateway for many infection into the body.
Washing the nose helps to eliminate colonies created by airborne viruses and bacteria. Take boiled water, let it cool down and make 1 cup solution a tea spoon of salt in warm water. Place about a tea spoon of this in your hand and suck it in to your mouth with one nostril (closing the other). Repeat with another one. Try not to swallow anything you suck in the mouth - spit it out! When you finish i cup, take a deep breath and blow your nose clean.
Clean you tongue and you mouth of whitish residue. This is bad bacteria your body does not need. It takes energy to suppress. Clean our teeth. Finally take some olive oil in you mouth and go with rinse/suck motion for about 5-10 minutes. Do not swallow this oil, spill it out and rinse your mouse again.
As for detoxication, I would highly recommend shivambu(amaroli) massage for the skin and the foot.

best wishes
