I did a flush three days in a row and I still ending up throwing a lot of greenish stones. I usually wait 3-4 days to a week to start the next flush. I figured that I had a lot of stones and could not afford to wait the 2-3 weeks.

Never thought I'd be so pleased to hear about your BMs. Your post is so informative, thankyou. One question - I did a coffee enema today and wondered if 20 mins to empty threequarters of a 2 pint bag is too slow. Does the 10 -15 minutes holding time begin when all the enema has been taken in? I am getting better at doing the enema and still have your instructions with me by the bathtub (a brilliant suggestion I have found out, because it's so easy to clear up and have a refreshing shower afterwards).
