Several months ago i've had flare ups on most parts of my body (elbows, shoulders, upper chest, lower back & bumcheeks, ankles and neck) however these areas are currently under control (hoopefully for good). all without the use of steriod creams/pills or whatever else doctors are prescribing these days.
i believe this had been attributed to a major change in diet, mostly eating foods that are high in fibre, reduced rice, wheat/flour by 90% consumption and avoiding eating til i'm bloated, which has been extremely hard considering how much i lurrvveeee food!!
anywayzzzz, getting back on track, Just wondering has anyone has successfullly overcome the knees and fingers area? for example, is there a particular food they noticed that may have triggered flare ups on their figners.
