To support the system, eliminate from your diet all processed foods and all the foods that contain processed foods and all the foods that contain sugar,
preservatives , hydrogenated fats, MSG, processed meat ...
Get flaxseed oil ,and bland it with cottage cheese (3 -5 tbsp of oil + 1 cup of cottage cheese + fresh red pepper + hot cayenne pepper) in blender. Eat a lot of it every day.
At least 2 cups a day.
Get juicer, and start
juicing vegetables.
Try simple
water enema eny time you have a pain.
Find a therapist practicing Shiatsu, or Yumeiho therapy, and if you can afford it, take at least 1 treatment a week.
And, make sure all the salt you consume is unrefined
Sea Salt . All the water you are drinking is clean, still spring water.
Take magnesium supplements dialy.
And, walk and RUN, and rebound on mini trampoline ...
And meditate ... and learn Chi-Gong
