I have been skin brushing for about 2 weeks. I missed the last couple of days, and started up again this morning, really heavy on my thighs and buttocks where the cellulite is worst. This afternoon I've noticed that I have a walnut sized lump in my groin that is fairly sore. Is this a plugged up lymph node from the skin brushing? Does anyone have any suggestions for how to unclog this lymph node?
I'm actually hoping that this is a lymph node, as that would prove that the skin brushing is moving the toxins out from my aweful cellulite. So, this is good news, but I would like to clean out this node!
Thanks in advance!
Thanks so much...I went out tonight and bought a rebounder at Target. (I need to review the forum to see how high/long do to this.) I have been drinking himalayan solé for 2 weeks, which I feel really gives me energy.
I also think part of my problem is that I have not taken a shower directly after the skin brushing for the last two days. I've been hitting the cellulite hard with the brushing and have been lazy about showering. I will make sure to take long showers from now on and end up with cold water.
I also know nothing about castor oil packs, so that will be my next investigation. Thanks again!
I'm back from the doctor, and I'm glad (and embarrassed) to say that it is not a lymph node. It is an infected sebaceous cyst. He wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic (Kelfex) that I will probably not get filled right away. I'm going to try to heal this on my own, although I can feel the infection making me feel sickly.
My blood pressure was also very high...maybe because I've been drining Sole? I'll have to keep an eye on that.
Thanks for everyone's support!
