Wow, does my mouth feel clean!!
I'm actually in the midst of a huge research project into amalgum replacement for my intense fatigue and numerous other issues, when I saw a post about OP. I had seen the forum before, but never looked into it. Being a cat in nature, I just HAD to find out what the heck this was about. Wow!!! I'm amazed at all the stories and results!!!
So I trotted downstairs to my pantry and found the best olive oil I have on hand. I know it's not the recommended oil, but I don't have any right now and besides, I thought, for a first experience it should be an oil I like the taste of...so I swished and swished for the 20 minutes. After about 15 minutes the volume of liquid in my mouth seemed a LOT more than when I started (I used two teaspoons because on the Oilpull.com site they say to use 10ml, and that's two teaspoons). Nevertheless I continued faithfully to the full 20 minutes, and the texture was VERY watery and actually I have to admit the taste was quite fantastic!
OK then I spit and brushed. I use occasionally a clay for toothbrushing, but not everyday as it's a bit too harsh for everyday use. But I brushed with my Pascalite, and MAN does my mouth feel FANTASTIC!!! Even if I never got any other results, it would be worth it to me to OP because my mouth feels so doggone clean!
So, cheers to you brave and fun people here who courageously delve into the certifiably crazy territory of taking charge of your own health, and I'll let ya know if/when/how my hair goes from salt and peppah to peppah!!
