You would have to nebulize the CS. You can buy a nebulizer for about $50 maybe less and simply add CS. For faster results I combine CS with a small amount of DMSO (DMSO is an excellent penetrator/carrier)perhaps 1part DMSO/9parts CS. This will help the CS penetrate through the mucous if there is any and into the lung tissues where bacteria and virus do their dirty work.
