I did my first flush in January. I didn't see any stones whatsoever then. I was discouraged, and hesitated to do another. I decided to do one more flush before calling it quits on this protocol - I followed
Andreas Moritz 's. I am glad I did because I am seeing lots of stones in the bowl this morning - about 60 so far. Most were tiny, but at least 3 were the size of a garbanzo bean. I sliced them open with a toothpick, and they are shiny emerald-like green inside, but soft and pasty in consistency like clay.
I plan on doing these flushes monthly from now on. My liver has taken a beating the past two years from the heavy metal chelation and the chemical sensitivity. My hope is that my chemical sensitivity will go away with ongoing cleansing.
