Hi, I've noticed the same results using kelp supplements. I started taking kelp about 3 weeks ago and my hair has stopped falling out,
Acne on my face stopped, my face use to be oily all the time, now its not oily. The pores on my face are so small, and I've always had large pores so my skin looks better. I've lost alittle weight. I use to sweat easily not as much now and I don't feel tired, as before I would be ready to sleep anytime during the day for atleast a good 2-3 hours. Now I'm just full of energy.
Before I started the kelp, I had taken my body temp for 10 days in a row and my temp average was 95-96F. I figured I have the symptoms of hypothyroid, tiredness, wirey hair, blotchy skin, hairloss, brain fog. My doc had done tests in the past and told me that the tests were ok / boderline nothing to worry about. But I always had a feeling something is alittle off. Since I've started kelp my body temp is around 97.8F fluctates during the day but stays near the normal range.
Oh plus I also have PCOS, hmm I have a feeling its cos of my hypothyroid prob, right now I'm feeling great, period is due in a week..so I'll keep you posted. I'm taking Kelp supplement 1/day 150mcg.
