how's your HW going? I do realize after your Master-Cleanse and I believe you mentioned liver cleanse, you are most likely a very clean young man (LOL or might you be OLD?). Yet how do you feel it is working for you?
I am beginning to feel good. Possibly even better than good. I seem to have energy and 'pep in my step' :-).

Long day at church... My humaworm is doing well. I really haven't seen anything at all. I think I'm clean. Especially with the cleanses I've done so far. I'm a clean 46 year old man. Young, old? I feel very young! To be honest with you, I am in perfect health and have been blessed with good health all my life. My dad taught my brother and I to exercise and we've been runners all our lives. And I've been swing dancing for the past 8 years and that's good except when I get in front of the fans, but we won't talk about that... :)
I'm doing all this stuff just to improve the quality of my life, I beleive in it. Do you live in Washington? Ok, it's not the best manners but how old are you? :)

I am a working on getting a clean 44 year old body. Although, I was told the other day I looked 30, not that I did not like to hear it but I don't think I look that young...anymore. I am on the other side of the country from you...Michigan.
I have heard Seattle is beautiful, other than the rain. Then I heard the rain, although often is not consistent. I was going to go there this year but decided to go to Arizona instead. It is one of my places to see.
