i'll actually eat a steak/small salad about 1 1/2 hours before i work out.
it's kinda rough but it fuels me just right,too many carbs and i get lazy- i find that protien zaps me back up.I now prefer my steaks cooked now instead of
parasite Tapeworm infestation bloody rare raw, so it takes longer to digest.But it's better then having worms in my butt.
During , i sip on a red bull to keep me going.i know , i know..BAD! BAD! BAD!
oh well,we all have our vices.I'll survive.
afterwards,i'll have about two scoops of 100% whey protein all natural
and i am working on maybe working in some white rice pourage as a clean high glycemic carb for the purpose of replenishing glycogen storage.
i work out mon/thurs. now , i lift mainly for power and functional strength,anything asthetic gains is secondary to me.I had to drop deadlifts completly from having a bad back- i have a knot that's bugging me.

yup,gone back to my high fiber friendly complex carb protein source.
works out great, i dump half into the pot and then drain and rinse the other half,then i bring to a boil then simmer for a bit.I usually have this right before bed now,like i used to.I know it sounds weird but it helps me sleep like a baby and provides enough energy for all of the next day,plus the carbs and protein pack a nice punch,it's also something like 500-600 calories so it makes it real anti-catabolic as well.I sometimes have some Kettle chips as well,sure sounds like a lot of carbs but at this point i am like a fat burning furnace so it works for me just fine.
Other then that, i eat just as normal on the WD-fast all day and feast at night,though now i favor protein and veggies as a man course and then carbs only before bed.
