I hope soya's ok because I use it a fair bit! I'm sure that it is because all the advice I've had tells me it is.
Just don't have dairy, sugar, wheat, yeast, mushrooms, fruit, tins of food containing citric acid
. Oh soya in things like soy sauce is no good because of other things contained in it.
Keep your diet as simple as possible by using fresh products. Only buy meat from the butcher not the supermarket and ask if the animals were treated with Antibiotics
first, if so don't eat it. No processed meat, such as ham in packets etc.
