I believe Kosher salt is rock salt, which has a different chemical structure than
Sea Salt . There is lots of information about this on the net... I believe it is more easily utilized by the body which is why
Sea Salt is stressed. You can get it at any decent health food store, and at many gourmet groceries. Look for uniodized, no fluoride etc. Just salt!
If for whatever reason you cannot get
Sea Salt and need to use the Kosher, you will probably need to crush it before measuring so that it will dissolve easily and you get the right amount, which is pretty critical for the swf.
If you haven't already, try the easier swf:
Dissolve 2 teaspoons uniodized sea salt in ONE cup drinkably hot water.
Have THREE cups plain water standing by.
Chug as much salt mixture as you can, chase with fresh. Continue until ALL water is consumed. Voila! I find this much easier than chugging a full
quart of blood warm salt water! Only took me four years to figger it out... lol
Best,
