Has anyone found any natural foods that are really good for making your stool a nice neat package? An example for me is Flaxseed. I have yet to find anything natural that makes my BM healthy, I feel like a champ or a gold mentalist the following morning after taking it.
I have read that a normal movement should be 2 inches in diameter and 2 feet long. Imaging how that would feel comming out of a tight opening. A hifg fiber diet using whole grain breads and metamucill will give you a good one.
