Hey I am a blood type A, and and have been vegetarian off and on. I want to go vegan asap. The type A forum seems dead, as the last message was five months ago... I read the book "eat right for your type" a couple years back and it seemed like A's should be vegetarian, and I am trying to do it again. I want to cut out grains (except for sprouted or the grass juice), and dairy except for organic butter. I believe in eating raw organic Amish eggs every once and a while as I feel great afterwards, and Dr. Mercola endorses eating raw eggs too (chimps and bonobos monkeys who are 98% genetically like us eat eggs, honey, and insects).
So my question is how many of you are an "A" blood type, and did you feel a difference when you did this change (eliminating meat), if so, how much, did you have more energy, etc? What suggestions would anybody give to be vegetarian, like videos that show animal cruelty, vegetarian bodybuilder websites, thanks!!
