I want to know why when you try to change your diet to the vegetarian diet I am so hungry. I do well with taking the supplements and all the other requirements but whenever I chnage my diet I am so HUNGRY. Any thoughts.
Diet fruit for Breakfast with tea
LArge salad for Lunch with potatoe or another root vege
LArge salad for dinner with potatoe or another root vege
some seeds during the day.
I have done five Liver Flushes
and need to change my ways but I cant seem to get over this hill. Help
