grog,
self-righteousness? take a look in the mirror my friend. who stands there, is it your reflection or your tormentor.
"Like daunting nagging smothering mothers who think they are giving thier best only to be dispised for thier overbearing natures!"
well really, so we leave the nurturing of our young lives to men , is that it? or do we put them into institutions. look back through your life my friend, is that your preference?
i have no need to justify myself to you grog or anyone else to that matter.
as far as atheist go they are welcome to their judgement, it's their conclusion and nobody can refute their beliefs as much as atheist have no right to the same.
we can debate. if we keep out the trash that has always been the 'sticking point' we might at least respect each others point of view, personally i dont think that will ever happen. believers in God are sanctimonious, atheists are more intelligent. so the twain shall never meet.
"As I said it is a collective trait that all people who consider themselves blessed that have to flaunt it in the others face, as benevolent as it appears to this ilk it is a form of passive agressivenenss that the godfilled will never realize their patronizing and condesending attitude! Hearts filled with love they claim but this passive form of evangelizing is a tic in the nature of your ilk that only other notices!"
grog, an atheist was the initiator of that what you infer. if you wish to trash someone that's okay is it? christians are required to 'turn the other cheek'. well that's okay but i'm not a christian am i? if you see me or anybody give back what was handed out to them you immediately come out with a statement like that, lol.
" reap what you sow " i'm told, well the same goes for you, quit whingeing.Tom.
