I don't know for sure but I would concider the juice to be the Sugar that helps the medicine go down. Plus the juice helps to (I think) soften the stones up while the oil lubricates them. (have to read the structions again)

Personally, I'ld prefer to mix them and gulp em down before I have to time to think about it. Happy flushing! Tim

Well if you take a tin of sardines and squeeze out all the oil into a glass and drink that you will soon understand that juice is by far the better option. Trust me on this one :)
