Cutting your hair on the *new moon* has always been something old timers stood by.
I follow this pattern and feel like it works ~~ the next new moon is November 20th.
I also massage my head/hair using rotating oils, sometimes Emu, coconut, and castor.
Also, part of my success, (I have hair to my hip), is using only boar bristle brushes.

MoreThis is a reply to # 762,381I take MSM, ground flax seed and flax oil, vit E and vit C which both improve circulation, and an all B vit. I also condition with orgainic coconut oil. My hair and nails grow very fast. My hair is healthy and shines. I also use a honey rinse off and on. I just add 1 teaspoon of honey to a quart of warm water and pour over my head after shampooing/conditioning. Would recommend a healthy shampoo/conditioner also.(Take your vit C and MSM together.) Maintain a healthy diet. Wishing you great, healthy, hair.

I rub about 2 teaspoons or more of coconut oil on my scalp and through out my hair. I leave it on for 2 hours. Sometimes I will leave it on my hair overnight. I do not encase it in a cap; I just put a towel on my pillow to protect it. I then wash my hair two times.I have tried washing my hair and then applying a small amount of coconut oil as a leave in, but it always leaves my hair to oily. (I use the oil straight from the jar; I do not heat it) The amount of oil you use will depend on the length of your hair. Experiment with the amount of time you leave it on your hair. I have left it on for as little as 30 minutes. But I find I prefer 2 hours.
I wash my hair with Aveda Shampure and use Aveda Rosemary Mint conditioner. I hope you enjoy the coconut oil. I truly love it and use it for many functions.

I just hate advertizing and there are more and more like yours.I even saw a posting on regular medicine, it's sad, the purpose of this site is for helping people not making money.

Hi,
i'm on the lookout for products that work or at least say they work.
Here's the story real short and sweet .... I started to have Candida etc... Which results in rashes, hair loss etc....
*Try Threelacs, didn't work! like everyone else kept trying many products, left me out of pocket-find one/two products much cheaper made sense.
*Hair problems find the same on the same site, gave it try-find it was cheap saw improvements(this works has a subliminal messaging which is repeated 2x a day.
Came across Curezone, hear people talking about threelacs and other products, expensive so I recommended to others what I've tried, didn't want to see people go through what I went through with threelacs.
Just trying to help. But since you mention about my advertising I guess I over done it a bit.

its only advertising if you profit from it somehow. if you have no connection to the authors of the books and make no money off it, then post away.
