Thanks alot for your advice. I have never done any real cleanse except a 90 day probiotic cleanse. It was actually good results. I used the primal defense from garden of life. I also started a parasite cleanse but did not finish it :-( I want to get serious about cleansing though and I want to feel comfortable about knowledge with the cleanses before I start. The main reason I havent started yet was because I was confused as to whether I should do a colon and parasite cleanse then liver and then the MC? Or if I should just go straight to the MC? Is the Master-Cleanse a colon cleanse? I noticed a lot of ppl mention that they should do Liver Flushing before Master-Cleanse but if thats the case then wouldnt you NEED to do a colon clease before the Liver flush? What do you think?
