Yes, I remember that, but I had just started a bunch of things. Since I've calmed down a bit on trying new stuff, I tend to assess slowly now. I've also started only adding one thing at a time.
I have since tried the foot pads when not doing so for months and months, and while on a steady protocol. It was then that I realized that what I was experiencing back then was a ton of different reactions to the myriad of things I was doing. I was impatient...but boy was I enthusiastic.
I still feel, even though I did not get intense measureable results from just the pad use, that they are beneficial.
It's strange to go back and read old posts. There were many that I read now and think.....what the hell was I thinking?
