No, I've had this dog for almost three years, and he has always had the problem. The vet said it's a condition where the stuff that should be draining out through his nose comes out through his eyes instead. It's usually treated with medication, but I"m not sure I want to go that route. And I guess in the old days they would do an operation where tubes were pushed into the nose to open up the nasal passages. He eats a variety of high-end dog foods...for the past few months he's on Nutro Natural.
