Hi Bob,
The Master Cleanse could be a part of your healing strategy. I had a problem opposite of yours, not sweating, or minimally. Much of both of our problems has/had to do with congestion in our liver. Of course, you may want to consider a comprehensive plan which would include cleansing for parasites, flushing the liver, making sure your bowel function is optimal, (ideally a BM after each meal and first thing in the morning), and then addressing other areas which are also contributing to your problem, like diet.

The Master Cleanse is an excellent cleanse on a lot of levels and can be very useful in giving your body a rest from a diet which could be contributing to your odor problem. Many of us, post-cleanse, find our appestats reset, and our relationships with food and the situations which surround them, shifted...
In order to do the Master Cleanse, you need to be eliminating a minimum of once per day. If you have achieved that, I could recommend a
parasite cleanse, this should take about a month, a
Liver Flush or series, and then jump on board and meet the challenge of Master Cleansing!
Using a deodorant which neutralizes the odor is a quick fix, but in the long run, spending the time and assets it takes to correct the congestion and changing your diet will be the best investment of time and money for your future and the potential to find peace and health in your life.
I wish you well~~ git 'er done~~!
be happy, be well,
Zoe
